Ikenna
Ikenna Ezuma is a Nigerian novelist, filmmaker, and creator of ABIEYUWA, an original historical epic inspired by the legacy of the ancient Benin Kingdom. First published as a novel, ABIEYUWA has evolved through years of research, world-building, and visual development into a cinematic property designed for international audiences.
To demonstrate the project's scope and visual potential, he independently developed an extensive AI-assisted proof of concept, producing hundreds of cinematic images establishing the film's characters, environments, and signature moments while preserving historical authenticity.
His long-term vision is to bring African history to global audiences through world-class storytelling that combines emotional depth, cultural authenticity, and cinematic spectacle. ABIEYUWA represents the beginning of that vision —a premium historical franchise built to stand alongside the world's great epic films.
