Thanks for the question! In my experience, the real challenge isn't time zones — that's easy to solve with a shared calendar and set update windows. It's actually understanding the creative brief that's hardest, because clients often have a specific "look" or "feel" in mind that's hard to put into words — it only really clicks once they see it in video. To solve this, I ask for reference videos upfront and send a rough first cut quickly, so direction gets locked in early instead of hitting a wall of revisions at the end. That matters even more in real estate, since every listing has its own emotional angle to nail.
