Personally, I still think the AFMs at the former Loews Santa Monica Beach Hotel had the best atmosphere. It was a fantastic venue where networking happened naturally and many great business conversations started outside scheduled meetings. I also preferred the old timing in late October/early November. Moving the market to mid-November isn't my favorite change, but I'm curious to see how this year's edition turns out.

I understand your perspective. Last year was the first AFM at the Fairmont Century Plaza, and I don't think it was a bad venue at all. Every location has its own atmosphere, but I'm especially interested to see how many industry professionals attend this year and what kind of business opportunities the market will generate. Looking forward to seeing how AFM 2026 turns out.
