THE ORIGINAL OUTLAW TV

Business Loan Investment Proposal

$30,000 | 36-Month Repayment Term | Fixed Interest Rate

An Established Independent Film Company Seeking Growth Capital

Company Founder: Demetrious Edwards

The Opportunity

The Original Outlaw TV is an independent film and entertainment company founded by Demetrious Edwards, a writer, director, producer, editor, and actor committed to creating original films for diverse audiences.

In just over two years, the company has secured worldwide distribution for 15 films through BayView Entertainment and established a growing presence across platforms including Tubi, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu, Flawsome TV, Swank TV, and YouTube.

The company already generates income from its business activities and has established a foundation from which to pursue its next stage of growth.

The Funding Request

The Original Outlaw TV is seeking a $30,000 business loan to expand the marketing and promotion of its completed film catalog.

The funding will support targeted advertising, promotional campaigns, trailer distribution, publicity, interviews, and other marketing initiatives designed to increase audience awareness and strengthen the company's brand.

Rather than financing an unproven startup or an unfinished production, this loan will support the commercial growth of an existing entertainment business with completed content and established distribution relationships.

Proposed Loan Terms

  • Loan amount: $30,000
  • Interest rate: Fixed rate, to be mutually agreed upon.
  • Repayment term: 36 months.
  • Repayment structure: Regular monthly payments of principal and interest.
  • Repayment source: Existing company income and other business revenue.
  • Ownership: The lender receives no ownership interest in The Original Outlaw TV under this loan arrangement.
  • Documentation: The final interest rate, payment schedule, and other applicable terms will be specified in a signed loan agreement.

Why Consider This Opportunity?

The Original Outlaw TV has already demonstrated its ability to produce films, build a catalog, and establish distribution relationships. Its ongoing business income provides an existing source of funds for meeting financial obligations, subject to the company's cash flow and expenses.

The requested capital is intended to help the company reach a wider audience and pursue additional commercial opportunities through its completed films.

For the lender, the proposal offers a defined 36-month repayment framework with a fixed interest rate, rather than an equity arrangement requiring a share of company ownership.

The Vision

My goal is to grow The Original Outlaw TV into a major independent film and entertainment company. With 15 films secured for worldwide distribution and additional opportunities to build the brand, I believe strategic marketing is an important next step.

I have invested significant time, resources, and creative work into building this company. I am now seeking a lending partner who recognizes the foundation already in place and is interested in supporting the next stage of growth through a structured business loan.

The films are made. The distribution foundation is established. The company is generating income. Now, the objective is to expand our reach and build for the future.

Demetrious, having a catalog of 15 films is a good starting point, but potential lenders will ultimately focus on the numbers.

It would help to show how old the films are, how much revenue they're currently generating, and how you expect the proposed $30,000 marketing investment to pay off.

The key question is repayment. What happens if the campaigns don't deliver the expected results? Is there sufficient existing cash flow or any collateral available to support the 36-month loan?

I'd also explore whether your current distribution agreements leave room for additional licensing opportunities.

A clear marketing plan, verifiable revenue figures, and realistic repayment projections would make your proposal much stronger in the eyes of serious lenders.
