Every screenplay has that one scene.
The one that takes hours... or even days.
Not because it's complicated, but because you know it has to be right.
Maybe it's an emotional goodbye. Maybe it's the opening scene. Maybe it's the ending. Or maybe it's a quiet conversation that carries the whole story.
For me, I've realized that the hardest scenes are usually the ones where the characters have the most to lose.

What's the hardest scene you've ever written, and what made it so difficult?
